This jacket is very cute. I'm glad it's reversible, even though we'll probably only wear the pink side out.The 4T fits my 3-almost-4-yr-old just at the wrist when her arms are down at her sides and when arms out. I wish it were a little longer, but her arms are a little long anyway so her wrists and forearms are going to poke out at times. 5Ts in other style coats were obviously too big.The quality is okay, it will last at least this season at her normal activity levels, which is moderate. It will be too small next year, but I should be able to give it away decently.The package came 2 days early in a bag in my mailbox with no rips or problems, so no issues there.Overall I gave it a 4. Quality doesn't seem bad, maybe not superb, but I got my money's worth and they delivered as promised.
